Easy Cheese Pudding Recipe

Main Ingredient Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients

250 G of Grated Cheddar cheese
150 G of breadcrumbs
25 Cl of boiling milk
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp English Mustard Powder
Salt
Pepe
Little Butter

Preparation

Put into a bowl the breadcrumbs and cheese; mix well, then add the milk, beaten eggs, pepper, salt and mustard. Grease a baking dish to tall, pour the mixture and passed in a hot oven (200 degrees) for 40 minutes, or until the surface of the pudding will be well browned. Serve immediately in the same pan. Variation: you can make the lighter pudding and similar to a souffle before joining the beaten yolks, then the egg whites.
