Ingredients:
1 litre of milk
200 gr. of hard bread
5 eggs M
2 apples (I used two well beautiful Golden)
6 tablespoons sugar
the rind of a lemon
essence of vanilla or a vanilla bean
liquid caramel
Boil the milk with the vanilla and the lemon peel. When it starts to boil, remove the Pan from the heat and remove the lemon peel and vanilla (in case of the sheath). We reserve that it tempered.
We sliced the bread in a bowl, sprinkle the sugar on top and add the milk. We make pressure and stir with a slotted spoon.
Peel the apples and cut them into slices and add to the mixture. We stir.
Beat eggs and gradually add them while we continue mixing.
We warmed the oven to 180 ° and extend a candy in the bottom of the pan.We put the mixture into the mould and cook a Bain-Marie for about 45 minutes. (you can make directly on the baking tray or put another highest beneath mould source so that we will not come out the water.)
We remove it from the oven and let cool to unmold.
